Key Roles & Responsibilities
• End to end ownership to ensure process adherence and to drive simplification, standardization & optimization of processes impacting the Commercial Clients segment
• Monitor and drive initiatives to improve onboarding and key process turnaround times (TAT)
• Interface with utility partners such as Group Technology & Operations (including teams such as Client Services Group) and CRC to ensure seamless support for the Commercial Clients segment
• Commercialize key system infrastructure (e.g. CreditMate, Trade Port, eCDD, SCI etc) by supporting UAT / UVT and roll out of system enhancements
• Drive infrastructure integration for the segment in line with Group roadmap
• System and process training for the segment
Qualifications & Skills
• University graduate; Masters Degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate / Commercial / SME Banking with good working knowledge of product and risk management aspects – experience in Product / Risk / Process roles is preferred
• Self driven individual with strong problem solving and execution skills
• Project management experience / skills
• Understanding and familiarity with the Group’s system is a requirement
• Good communication skills are essential
• Applicant with collaborative and “can do” attitude preferred
